This notice explains the privacy position of the Useful Matter studio website. Useful Matter is an independent app studio operated by Andrew Coughlan. Contact microappsdesk@proton.me for a privacy enquiry.
This website
This website does not provide account registration, payments or file uploads. The service enquiry builder runs on your device and prepares an email; it does not submit your answers to this website or store them in a website database. If you send that email, your email provider and our Gmail mailbox process its contents so we can assess and respond to the enquiry. Please do not include sensitive records or confidential files in an initial enquiry. AI restrictions and permission for external processing are separate decisions. Before sending enquiry text, files, excerpts, screenshots, metadata or logs to an external AI provider, we identify the provider, information and purpose and obtain the necessary agreement for that workflow. A blank answer or “no restrictions” does not give that agreement. We also check applicable confidentiality and privacy obligations. The website does not use invasive analytics.
Product privacy
From Everyone has its own product privacy notice at the application. Auto Map Reel Lite is in development and is not offered through this website. Product information here does not override the privacy terms shown by a product itself.

This notice will be updated if the website begins collecting additional personal information or introduces additional services.
